These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Somaguild’s practitioner directory and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Who we are

Somaguild is a directory that helps people find credentialed wellness practitioners, such as massage therapists and chiropractors. We provide listing and discovery tools; we are not a party to any arrangement between you and a practitioner.

Using the Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for any activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You agree not to misuse the Service, including by scraping, interfering with its operation, or using it for unlawful purposes.

Practitioner listings

Practitioners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including credentials, licensing, and contact details. By submitting content, you grant Somaguild a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it as part of the Service. We may review, edit, or remove listings that violate these Terms or that we believe are inaccurate or harmful.

No professional advice or endorsement

Information in the directory is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. A listing does not constitute an endorsement, certification, or guarantee of any practitioner’s qualifications. Always verify credentials and exercise your own judgment before engaging a practitioner.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding, and original content, is owned by Somaguild and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse it except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings are complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Somaguild will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or from any interaction with a practitioner found through the Service.

Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
